Project consisted of a new 7,000 sf fire station built above a 21 stall 8,400 sf parking garage. The garage is used by both the Fire Department and the Mountlake Terrace Police Department. The station has living quarters for a crew of five. The completed station received a national 2006 Station Style Award from the Fire Chief Magazine.
